Hi! I'm new here, I'm doing a little investigative work on protools 8, the leading DAW apparently.
I don't know much about it except our guitar player has a home studio and we currently use PT7, he has little time to post questions on forums so I'm doing it..

Question is: is the upgrade from PT7 worth it? Any major bugs? I read the specs on Digidesign specs, but I am looking more for personal recommendations.
