Came across http://www.jfrocks.com The site is tremendous! Many lessons are in the Van Halen technique but there is also a lot of 'regular' lessons and some acoustic lessons too. Many, if not most, of the lessons have video. And the video is quite frequently 20 to 30 minutes in length with much explanation and discussion. There is a lot of cool stuff there if you check it out.
Not a huge selection. But definitely worth checking out. Like you said they're about 20 minutes long, so he goes into pretty good detail.

Pretty much every Van Halen song is covered, most with video. Plus about another 50 or so lessons with video covering a variety of topics/songs is a pretty good selection by my standards.
