Thanks for posting that, Kirk. I've been looking for a few exercises to increase my reach. This looks to have the added bonus of a mental workout to boot!

Glad you like it olive. I remember when my friend and wonderful guitarist Jim Kelly (Australia) showed me that ... must have been 25 years ago. It had never struck me me as clearly until then that all scales are everywhere and anywhere at once. Same goes for chords, of course. There's nowhere on the fretboard that you can't voice any chord in some way or other.

Yeah, I hit this exercise last night, the challenge was definitely much more mental than physical. I have a pretty large reach, so this really didn't get my fingers stretching, but it REALLY got my brain going.

Thanks much for the concept.

Nice exercise! It really warms your hand up!
