Is this mixer any good? I can get it for $40 which includes shipping and a few cables. It does have the phantom power everyone talks about. I need to make a descission today...

I'm no expert but have a lot of Behringer gear at home and happy with all of it.
For $40????? I don't see how you could go wrong unless it flat out doesn't work.
That looks like a heck of a great buy as long as you know it'll do what you are intending for it to do.
