I saw an add of a person selling an analog multi-effect - Boss me-5.
is it a good product ?
will you buy it ? at what price ?
I know it is an old product - almost 20 years or so.

No personal experience, Itziks, but the unit has a very good reputation. It's a bit of a classic - the first real programmable multi-effects unit on the market. Note: it's a multi-effect, NOT an amp modeller with effects like a POD or a V-amp or a Zoom GFX. Has a couple (3?) of distortion effects, but these are definitely not comparable to the COSM-based modelling on the current Roland/Boss offerings - Roland Cubes, Boss GT8 etc.

Price? I understand the thing was very expensive when new (+/- $500?) But they occasionally come up on eBay UK and sell for around £85 or so.
