I have a Fender Super Champ XD which I love. I just wish I could make it a little louder. Any suggestions?

It has a line out. Plug it in to a powered PA speaker, or a whole PA, even another super champ.

Playing guitar and never playing for others is like studying medicine and never working in a clinic.

I found the answer and might have created a monster.

I have a Fender Deluxe VM that I bought hoping is would be a louder version of the Super Champ. It doesn't sound anywhere near as good. Partly because it's solid state somewhere in the chain.

Anyways...

What I did was take the line out of the Super Champ and go into the loop in of the Deluxe and voila problem solved. Now I have the best of all worlds. And boy can I get loud going into that Deluxe. And it bypasses all the solid state stuff so it's just all tube power. It sounds great and I have so many options with that Champ. Now I just have to decide which sound to use when,

But thanks anyways for your help.

Or mic it. An extension cab too. Lugging two smallish amps kind of defeats the appeal. Of coarse, complaints from band mates rarely follow great results.
