hello,
i got this amp at an estate sale i dont know much about it. is it any good?

it is a Peavey tnt 115 it looks different than the ones i have seen online.
the ones online are red instead of blue like mine, the ones online dont have wheels mine do, the ones online dont have handles on the both sides like mine does.
how can i tell what year it is?
what was retail price?
what is it worth on the used market?

thanks for any help / info!
edit:

Putting on my googles, I see that this is a bass amp. Probably rated at 200 W into 2Ohm. There is a 600W version as well.

The blue colour may indicate that it is an older model, if the new ones are all red.

The casters don't mean anything, anyone can put wheels on.

All the ones that I found on the web have two inset handles - not quite the same shape, but handles, nonetheless.

The price appears to be over 550USD new.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

The bass player in the band I was in back in 1992 had one. I know they made them for a bit after that. I recognize the "Scorpion Equiped" tag. It was probably a $350 - $400 amp back then. I had the stereo chorus guitar amp that was the mate. I think it had "Black Widow" speakers. Nice amps by the way!

Thats what it draws, not what it puts out. The bass player in my band's put out 150 watts. It was loud though. Here is some information.

It is the 150 .... might have changed the name if they increased the output as I see yours is a 115, as in one 15" speaker. I do believe yours is newer than his was. His had a top handle, not the side ones and it was crazy heavy.

Close though huh?

At that output, I hope your roof is bolted on and your in-laws are propping up your walls outside.
