My Blues Jr. was waiting for me at home yesterday after work. Its my first tube amp and, even though I didn't get much playing time on it last night, I'm thrilled with it. Thanks to everyone on the board who threw in his/her two cents over the past few months regarding these small amps.

Thanks, Dagwood. I was going to wait till after the holidays, but my girlfriend "threatened" to buy it for me. She's even poorer than I am, and I would feel too guilty if I let her spend that much money on me. The only way to prevent it was to buy the amp myself. The things I do for her. I hope she appreciates it. Heheh.

Here are some suggested settings you might enjoy.

This amp is amazingly versatile and sounds good at almost any setting you can imagine.

Have fun!

Cool! Tube amps are fun to play through aren't they.

Thanks, guys. Yeah, tube amps are fun. You want to talk about having one's passion re-ignited...I've played only on solid-state and digital amps. My new amp not only makes me want to practice more, it somehow makes me feel guilty for not already being better.
