I really enjoy my amplier's sounds. Though I did have to replace the reverb tank (lying goofballs at Music Go Round in Kenosha, WI), it's worked well. One problem: the volumes between the two channels (clean and dirty) are very different. Each channel has a 'gain' (preamp?) and a 'master' (power amp) volume knob. With both gain knobs at '5', the volume of the dirty channel at '1' is as loud as the clean channel at '4'. Is this normal? (Btw, I have not pushed the dirty much past 2 or 3. Have neighbors, don't have attenuator yet). :P

A sucking chest wound is Nature's way of telling you to slow down.

Yeh, that's natural. I have a Seymour Duncan 84-40 that's exactly like that. It's great turned up, unfortunately mine keeps cutting out at the moment!

Cutting out? Can you explain?

If you look in this thread, I posted an explanation there: https://www.guitarnoise.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=165428#165428 I guess it should really be in the Amps & EFX section though really shouldn't it..
