My Epi Jr. valve head has gone totally silent. :( No noise at all, not even static. I changed the speaker cable, changed the speaker cabinet. Tried the 4 and 16 ohm outlets, Guitar cords and guitar. The tubes light up, and it don't seem to be overheated. Any Ideas?

I'll offer my usual suggestion: http://geofex.com/ Click on "Tube Amp Tech Pages," then "Tube Amp Debugging Page." All the possibilities are presented there, in simple, logical order.

In the Epiphone Forum they've talked about a problem with one of the fuseholder's that can create a problem similar to this. I don't know if it's the same problem, but the fix is to take the fuse holder apart and clean the contacts.

If you're checking a fuse holder, don't forget to check the fuse. I'm thinking a VJ only has a single fuse for power. If it has a separate one for the "high" voltage it could do that, but if the tubes and power light are coming on, a single fuse would be OK.
