An Old Newbie

Hi --

I'm Rob from the Virgin Islands. I'm in my 60s. Grew up in Chicago.

All my life I heard music. My mother was trained classical pianist but met my father in college, next came the gin mills and life in the suburbs. In my music studio, which doubles as an art factory on one side, I have my amps, a Keisler soprano sax and P90 Yamaha piano.

My "Black Widow" Peavy electric was a gift by someone in the program. My desire is to play this Peavy well enough to afford a Cole Clark, like I saw in a music store in Atlanta in a show with Maneli Jamal. I want to play like him.
