Name is Paul. Just moved from Massachusetts to South Carolina. I'm a total newb to the guitar world, and music. Been playing for a coupla months now. I have an Epiphone Special II electric and a Crate GFX-15. Not the best stuff in the world, but good enough to learn on. Always loved the sound a guitar makes, and music in general. I'm a rock and roller, but also like Jazz, Blues and Blue Grass (just discovered, artist suggestions please!) The only one that I really know is Doc Watson.

Hey Paul, welcome to GN! Like yourself, I'm a rock'n'roller - since joining GN though, I've listened to a lot more blues and country, a little jazz, even some classical....there are some VERY knowledgeable folks hereabouts, and you'll see and hear a lot of recommendations...
