Rick I recently picked up the guitar after many years of not playing. you just want to play so much when you first start out.
try to pace yourself so you don't get a nasty set of blisters like I did. Then you will have to put down your baby for a week or better to let your fingers heal. try no more than 30 min a day. Renee
