Hello from a senior citizen (a 69 year old) and from a very dry and hot Australia, (well where I am, at least!) I live in the Hunter Valley of NSW (near the lovely vineyards)
Got my first instrument in 1956, (as a 16 year old) took some lessons and gave it away at 17 years old. I really now regret that I have wasted a lot of years not learning, but now eager to pick up the pieces.
I now have a love affair with the guitar, and have collected some seven guitars, .......a nylon stringed classic, ......a cut-away electric acoustic, .......a dreadnought acoustic, .........an electric acoustic, .........a Gibson Les Paul look-alike, ..........a twelve string acoustic, and a lap steel resonator, none of which I play very well at all.
I am here to learn so I will be asking a lot of questions, if that is okay.
Thanks in advance
Robert
