Ive been knocking around here a few days now. Loads of interesting posts.
Im an English teacher in Japan and I play guitar in a rock band. We just started, and its my first band. Ive been practicing hard for about 6 months on the guitar now and want to keep it serious. Im learning from a jazz improv book but I have lots of little questions I wanna ask here too.
I also make music on my computer. Learning the ropes there aswell. The possabilities once I get my guitar and voice into the mix are endless. I just have to sort through mountains of technical crap first! Look 4ward to knowing u better

Nice, I've always been really interested in Japan. I've wanted to start learning the language, maybe by taking a college course, but haven't gotten to it yet. I'm an anime and video game fan, some of the music for cartoons and games is incredible, have you gotten into playing any of that style of music?
Regardless, I'd be very interested in hearing what you've been playing.

Rune, Im afraid I havent been mad into computer music or Japanese music. With regards to guitar, Jazz and rock are what Im doing now tho computer game music is interesting to me. Who knows what the future holds?
