Hello all. 29 Year old. Dad spent alot of time in a recording studio and I kick myself in the bum for not using that time to pick up the guitar then. Now i'm doing it the hard way :) I'm from just outside Dallas texas and got a guitar for christmas this year. I'm starting from the beginning and I'm thankfull for a site like this with so much information.

I'm doing this because I enjoy music and I've always wanted to "jam" around the camp fire, so to speak, or be able to just play when I want to. I'll never make a carreer out of it, this is for my own personal enjoyment.

I'm glad to be here and any advice would be welcome, I already have a good impression of the place already.
