I've been reading this site for a long time, it's a really great resource, just finally decided to register.

My name is Jeff Booth and I'm 26 and live in Greeley Colorado :) I've only been playing guitar since 2001 and my equipment is a fender standard mexican strat and and a martin DCX1E acoustic electric. Currently I prefer playing the acoustic :)

I love the guitar and everything about it and really am starting to get into songwriting!

I currently work for a site called Jamplay.com that sells guitar lessons online so I couldn't ask for a cooler job :)

Please to meet all of you!

8-10 Hours of Live Instruction + 450 hours of pre recorded lessons.

Welcome Jeff!

That site looks really good, and you get the mix between freindly and professional just right IMHO... not an easy thing to do.

Hello Jeff and welcome to GN!

If you're ready to take that songwriting seriously, you might drop in on the Sunday Songwriters forum - I've found it a big help since I've been here. You'll find your lyrics critiqued and analysed, in a friendly and encouraging way - not "AW this sucks!" but along the lines of "I'm not keen on what you've done with the third line of the chorus - it's only saying the same as the verses....."

Try it, you might like it!

:D :D :D
