Don't forget living. I imagine lots of guitarist have had to live in someones garage at one point or another.

It is funny that we have over 12,000 members, yet I see the same 50 people posting all the time. Must be our need for acceptance.

Oh, yeah, and we like to flaunt all our new gear to the rest of the members!

I'd like to see a number of active posters. I'm sure it's probably a little over a 100. I wondered how many of the 12000 just read the posts though. It's kind of creepy to look at it like that.

You can get a good idea by clicking on the "Memberlist" icon and looking at the number of posts folks have. There are many more than you'd think who have none.

That's pretty amazing how many people haven't posted.

I've never understood why anyone would go to the bother of registering if they're not going to post. I only ever register for any forum when I'm making my first post - I'll lurk unregistered for months if I've got nothing to say :)

As you can see, I don't post much though I've been lurking for a while. One reason to register but not post is you have to be logged in to get to the Easy Song forum, which is a highlight for me.

Back on march 10th when I last checked this post I was curious to see what the numbers were,
but I never did post them so I will do so now. Not exact but close. (I need to get a life)

there are others too who don't frequent here much anymore. It's too bad really, some great people that don't contribute. But if you look at the numbers of active people on this board we are still growing. I guess it's just going to take time to see if the new people keep posting.

Forums seem to have cycles -- and members seem to cycle off and on. It's all good, I think.

You do need to be registered to enter the "Easy Song database"
