Apparently, last time the Beatles version of Apple sued the Steve Jobs version of Apple, the computer version undertook to stay out of the music business.
The Beatles version is now seeking damages from iTunes for breach of the agreement.
Seperately, iTunes are facing legal action in France where the decision might be that Apple have to make all the material on iTunes compatible with all mp3 players, not just the iPod.

There might be a lot of new innovations that would stem from this decision.
