My daughter just went to Camp Jam in Ct-I loved it! Wish i had this when i was a kid-they made the local news paper :D
(She is the Drummer and only girl in the band)
They had a week long of lessons and learning to be a band and then they played Enter Sandman in the friday night concert.

Thanks-she had a blast-i was able to record her with my vhs but can only transfer the audio to pc-so i put it up on my soundclick page- :D http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6841938

I think that camp was a great idea-a local guitar shop may have an adult guitar building camp in the fall.You build a "strat" from a kit and learn about setups and taking care of the guitar. i hope it works out-i want to go :D He ran it for the summer for kids and had a good response to it.
