I'm really sorry to hear it. I was never a fan of his, but Mrs. R is a big one. She was really shocked to hear it.

I'll have to tell one of the girls I work with. Way back when she met him and spent the weekend at his place with a friend of hers. She had no clue who he was. She said they told her he was a musician but she hadn't heard of him. Typical huh?

I had the first album he did back in the 70's, always liked his stuff :D this is my favorite song of his.

My wife and I are big Fogelberg fans, saw him at Arrowhead back in the 70's when Linda Ronstadt came thru town.
it was a great Concert and they where both backed up by the Eagles including Joe Walsh at the time.
"As the Raven Flies" was one of the first songs i learned on my new Yamaha Guitar i bought that year.
He will be missed.
