I played my first gig at The Reverb, a venue in Toronto where I live. I do lead vocals for my band, as well as playing some guitar. I was so nervous at first, there was about 100 people there, and I had learned the material just a week or two ago, but the gig went great. The audience was really receptive, I was nervous the first song, but after that I loosened up and had some fun. Here are some pics from the gig:

Congrats! You look from the photos like you've been doing it for ages, that's half the battle won already

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.
It was them that turned me to drink.

Thanks everyone! We played all originals at the show, I think I should be able to find a very short video clip of the show, but it's only maybe 20 seconds long.
We have a really horrible recording up on our myspace with me on vocals (thats the horrible part haha I was sick when we recorded) it's a blues song, probably one of our lesser songs. http://www.myspace.com/savanahband
I hate to plug, but if you like the track please add us?

We're recording a demo at the end of the month with a well known canadian producer, so we should have some good stuff up on the myspace then. Thank you all for the comments!
