Date has been set!!!! Nervous and excitement builds!! But I'm feeling okay, I had practiced a bit and got some bugs out of what I was playing earlier, so I'm feeling much much better.

I'm going to try and get a little bit of video from that day in general.
I found out that I'm getting the full promo treatment, cover of cd and my image on flyers and some posters throughout the store and around the area. :shock: :shock:
Right now I'm working on a fingerstyle rendition of Beat It (not the super complicated ones, but one that I can manage and still sound good) and it's killing my hands, but I'm getting it down pretty well.

A bit of an update regarding this whole Borders thing.
I was in the store yesterday, and finally talked to the guy who set this whole thing up for me.
He showed my their system, a Carven system, which seems pretty cool and easy to use.
But during all this he asked if I wanted to come in and play this Saturday at 2pm for some Educator Appreciation Week kick-off.
I said I would....but after thinking about it, I don't think I'm really ready, so I'll play a shortened set ( which I informed him is what I would do). But the flyers are up for next Saturday night's show.
Here goes nothing!! Looks like I'll play live sooner rather than later :shock: :shock:
