Hi! :D

First of all, I'm sorry, I wasn't online these weeks. I had a lot of work and the music was to the background. I practically didn't play an instrument all this time. I only did read the blog and also the David's newsletters. I hope I can return to the good habits soon!

On the other hand, I kept running and I ran my 6th marathon the last Sunday. We had a very hot day. I didn't train enough this year. Thus, I can not improve my time, it was not a good race. Fortunately I can finish it and I am not injured. Maybe next year.

Thank you very much for all your private messages! You are great guys! 8)

I'll be reading the old posts the rest of the afternoon... and night...

Hi Nuno. Nice to see you back and doing well. Congrats on the marathon. That's quite a big effort.

Thank you everyone :D

Usually running is easier than playing guitar: you only need to move both legs, there is rhythm (or pace) but no chords, no fingerings, no capo, and no modes and scales!
