Excellent news! Is this your first? If so, play your guitars now, because you won't have much time or energy after the little girl is born!

Congrats again!

Yes, this is our first. We've only been married for 13 years but we didnt want to rush into anything. :P
I plan on practicing and playing a lot more now that my night classes are finished for the summer. I'm sure I won't have time for much of anything after she is born.

Thanks for the lullaby, Vic. That's a good one. :D

All my life I wanted to be somebody. Now I see I should have been more specific.

Congrats on the little cowgirl to come, UCG!

Soon you'll be posting pics like this:

When my daughter was born, my sister gave us a pony saddle for a baby gift. When the daughter was 10, my sister gave us the whole horse.

Would Jane Elizabeth like a pony saddle??

Congrats UCG. It doesn't seem 5 minutes since you announced you were pregnant. September will be here in no time. Hope everything is going well for you.

How are the cravings?

8)

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.
It was them that turned me to drink.

I think I might have a pic of me like that somewhere.

Well, she would probably like a pony saddle but why torture her since she isn't getting a pony unless someone wants to buy us a farm. :P
I haven't really had many cravings. Just ice cream occasionally. I was so nauseated the first three months that I have just now gotten around to liking food again.

Morning sickness doesn't sound like fun at all!

A bit of that without the pregnancy might help a lot of us in our weight control efforts though.

Hmmmm... Dr. Ric's Ipecac Diet Plan has a certain ring to it...

Oh hell now he's after millionaire status.....you'd think he'd be happy with 4000 posts......what next, "I found the truth through ipecac - send 50 bucks and I'll teach you how to get in touch with your inner, er, innards......"

I never suffered with morning sickness - I got out of the way, PDQ, and played guitar instead......

:D :D :D

You know, Vic's bringing up St. James Infirmary in another thread got me thinking it sounds kind of like a lullaby...
