A sad day indeed. RIP James.

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.
It was them that turned me to drink.

A great loss. Very sad.

My prayers are with you

Here is to you as good as you are
And here is to me as bad as I am
As good as you are and as bad as I am

Sad news indeed - he was a great showman, and a great entertainer.

RIP James Brown

Yeah, he was. Very sad to hear this, not the best Christmas news ever. He was a great entertainer.

A man that will definitely be missed, but whose spirit/energy will live on forever.

Yes, he is gone, which is sad. BUT, he left some great music (and video footage). Not a bad career AND he influenced MANY who came after him. Thanks, James.
