Hi all
I promised to keep everyone updated , the surgery on my back went well and am currently having physio 3 times a week plus physio in pool on the other 2 days . I still have pain but it seems to be easing , only have pain killers in case I need them and that is usually on a Monday night .
I am not pushing myself back into playing guitar just yet , I want to save that feeling of playing until I am pain free 100% .
I would also like to thank everyone at G.N who has wished me well during my surgery and recovery ..
Thanks people
Trev..
Here is to you as good as you are
And here is to me as bad as I am
As good as you are and as bad as I am
I'm as good as you are as bad as I am
Thanks for the update! I hope that you recover quickly! Good luck with the PT's.
And oh yeah, I think everyone needs Painkillers on a Monday!
In Space, no one can hear me sing!
These are great news Trevor! I hope you feel completely fine and you can get the guitar again very soon! :D
Thanks for the update
Great News Bud!

Sorry I wasn't around the first time you sposted about this - I'm quite new here. Hope everything's going well for you though, and that you make a speedy recovery and get back to guitar playing as soon as possible!
All the best

It's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll!
Sounds like it's progressing well. I hope it keeps going in the right direction. 8)

Thanks for the update, Trev. Onwards and upwards!
:)

Hang in there!! Glad you are doing well :D
Awesome news!
A little backward step this week , after seeing the surgeon for my check up he advised me that is the pain in my leg did not go away in the next few weeks with the aide of Physio , I would have to have a Facet Route Block , in English this means a needle in my spine to numb the nerve running through my Facet joint .
I have had 4 spinal injections and one operation to date , since purchasing the laptop I can get on line in comfort instead of going to the office and sittting while checking emails or browsing G.N , Myspace and Facebook .
I did how ever mess around on my Fender Acoustic last night , just played some scales till I felt pain and stopped , I am a big sook when it comes to pain  ...
This must be starting to sound a little like "Days of our Lives " , today 10 September it is exactly 12 months since the accident , and talking to other people I should stop complaining about it because they have had back pain for years .
Thanks everyone for your continued valued support ..
Cheers
Trev

Well, it is just a minor step. You'll get two big forward steps the next week! :D
