Vic don't go because you feel that you are not valued, you are valued here, I personally will be sad to see you go, your ability to tap into your emotion is what makes you a good musician and songwriter. Cheers Paul

Ummmm..........

I think the three smileys at the end of the post meant it was a joke.

Am I the only one who sees that?

I also hope he comes back soon, Vic's a pretty good guy and well liked here. Sometimes we all need a break from things from time to time. We have had other long time members leave for a while, most do come back. Any way Vic, I still plan to visit Liverpool someday (and London Towers) :D We will miss you while your gone.---ken

Sorry you feel the way that you do Vic and I for one will be sorry to see you go.

A great loss to GN.

Hope you have a change of heart after some time out.

Respect.

Actually I didn't see the smileys first. Then again, that's still no reason not to get the soapbox out in the open. :D

hey, thanks everyone for your support.....

Maybe it's one of those mid-life crisis thingies - I know there's a lot of things going wrong at the moment in my personal life where everything was hunky-dory a few months ago....

Maybe it's me over-reacting - being a bit childish, it wouldn't be the first time.....

Maybe it's just that I've got the blues and can't get a good song out of it......

Maybe it's the fact I'm feeling incredibly awful 'cause I've had flu for a week or so......

Whatever it is, maybe I just need a break - maybe Ric was right, "go play with the grandkids till you're in a better mood" - well, maybe I would but I don't want to pass my germs on....man, you'd think I'd get over it quickly, my resistance should be higher, fer crissakes I quit smoking.....

Anyway, thanks all for your kind words....

:D :D :D

+1 on everything Pbee said.

Just think how much worse sick you'd be if you were further compromised by the smokes.

We've had a nasty bronchial flu around these parts, too. No fun. Get well soon!
