Yesterday in Milan (Italy.)

He was in Jil Sander's show in the Milan Fashion Week. Having signed an exclusive contract with J.S., he was done when that show was over, so he got his ticket rearranged to come on back early. He's in New York now, collecting his things and catching a few winks, then he'll be back home tomorrow! We haven't gotten to see him for three months, so we're really stoked.

I expect more pics and video of the show will turn up online soon, as the Milan show's a pretty big deal in the fashion world (I've found a good bit from the one last February), but one of his friends turned up that pic and a few others already.

:D

I'd say the young man's going to be happy to get back to his guitars in the basement. 8)

I'll bet the first thing Mrs Ric asks him is, "are you eating well?".....

Three months without a guitar? Wow, that's a long time! Bet those callouses have all but gone.....going to take some work to build them up again.

Congrats to the lad - he's certainly seeing the world at a tender age!

:D :D :D

Congratulations to both of you (or, actually all three of you, including his mom!)! He's a very handsome young man! You and Mrs. Ricochet deserve to be proud of him!

EDIT: Love that seafoam green guitar he's playing!

Do we assume he's inherited his mum's good looks then?

Yeah, we're all excited to see him, and he's very happy to be back. :D

Alan, I'll happily credit his good looks to his mom, she's a doll! :D

Truthfully, he's built just like I was at his age, and in some views could pass for a young me (which would probably scare the hell out of him if he recognized it.) He's a lot better looking in the face, having gotten the best features of both parents. At his age you don't really want to think you look like your parents, and he doesn't think he looks like either of us. Looks like the mailman, maybe, or perhaps the preacher? Or maybe just a freak of nature?

Nice pics. :)

My wife says he's a good looking lad with perfect looks for the job (but you knew that... ). And she thought that there was a family resemblance too (not that we're suggesting that you take up the catwalk at this stage...)

But what most of us are wondering is how soon the GN guys can start asking him to get a few supermodel phone numbers for us....

Having seen your family pics Ric, I see both you and the Mrs in him. He is not the mailman's.
