Has it really been almost six years since I announced we were opening a music school??
Today we moved to a new location, with twice the space, 60% more teaching studios, a repair shop, a jam area, and a larger retail space. In the past month we've added a sax teacher who has worked with dozens of top acts (Aretha Franklin, Al Jarreau, etc) and a very talented young opera soprano.
Coolest part? Our new address is on IL Rt. 30 - also known as Lincoln Highway. But not too many years ago, this stretch of road was US Route 66. Yep, just like in the Bobby Troup song :)

Congratulations!
Good luck with the biz - I hope you have an endless supply of students.
I owe much of my happy life to my first music teacher.

That's really great news. I'm hoping to take the plunge and go to some face to face lessons soon, it could be the semi empty nest syndrome
