Riffworks recording software has released a free version-i use this with guitarport and like it allot- :D so i thought i'd spread the word 8)

I looked at the web site, but didn't really read in depth (mostly cause I'm at work). What is it for, just in a nutshell? Is it a replacement for things like Audacity or Reaper, or is it more for writing and recording ideas?
you can record tracks-use drums and collab with other users also "podcast"on there stations-i have the version i bought with the line 6 guitarport-the free one has less tracks but is not a demo version from what i have read.
Thanks for the heads-up. I've just started playing with my Line 6 TonePort UX1 and the bundled recording software blows. I've been playing with Reaper and I like it, but it is nice to have options. Thanks again.

so for the 1st time i went on and rifflinked-pretty cool-it adds the tracks to everyones pc so you can all add tracks-
so if anyone downloads this and wants to try a collab let me know- :D
If this thing works, we've got to get as many GN members using it as possible. I can't tell you how many times I've read..."I wish I had someone to jam with"....welll, there's no excuse if this thing works well. I'm pumped about this. Now, I'll never have to leave the house. We could all become a recluse and only interact with people we've never met! How cool is that? 8) :lol: :lol:
