I really like the fact that Tom takes the time to carefully explain things. A lot of people just don't have the patience (or knowledge for that matter) to teach others. Many times I've read some of his posts a few times to absorb it all and just shake my head and say "WOW!" Corny as it may seem, I remember people who have taught me for decades. I'll be in my 70's and still remember some of the knowledge but, more important, remembering the joy I felt while learning.
