Jeff was superkewl though, there's a youtube vid of him jammin' with SRV that just makes me smile every time. great msician and an inspiration to us all.

My kids know him from his part in Roadhouse. They think he's way cool from that, of course. And he most certainly was.

That was the first time I came across him, too. I was totally astonished at the way he played - I'd never seen anything like it before, and of course he played a CCR song too, which instantly put him on my list of guitar heroes. The music world's lost another great talent.
