Vic:
You don't know me from Adam but I've always looked forward to your insights and want to thank you for all that you have provided. Having turned fifty last year I understand your reasoning and wish you all the best in your endeavor. How about a blog on your experiences?

That would be a very interesting blog indeed

What would be even better would be a 24hr video-cam link to Vic's music room.
I'm sure that I'd learn a lot about the arts of playing and recording. And it might extend my vocabulary of swear words too...
Cheers,
Chris
Gonna miss seein' you arond here. Get your recording and stop by here and there. Eighty songs, yikes!
"Nothing...can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts."
I wish you well Vic! You'll do great! I look forward to your return.
Just stay away from sharp, (or blunt) objects!
Dave :D :D
When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming......
like the passengers in his car.
Wow, three songs a day and most of them only have the words and a melody or rhythm, those might be the two hardest parts but still three a day sounds pretty lofty for a single dude, hopefully you have a few friends that can come over and help you lay down some tracks, I'm willing to bet that a lot of what you come up with on various tracks will start sounding pretty stale without some extra heads in there mixing it up.
