Really a shame. I enjoyed doing RJ2004 there, and was hoping to do a return appearance sometime. I keep a pic from that gig on my office wall. My thoughts are with Glenn and Shelly -- hope they can bring something back from the ashes.

Thanks everybody.

Glenn and Shelley are holding up well and life goes on.

The main part of the building was demolished yesterday and Friday
we salvaged what we could. The basement will remain so there if still
some stuff but it should be OK.

And in the end it's only stuff!

Still too soon to know what direction they will take in the
future but they have spoken of possibly rebuilding.

Found another pic of the RJ2004 at the Berkshire Blues: my daughter singing with a band o' geezers.

Is that you on the right of the pic, Greg? I seem to recognise that green guitar - Fugly or Bugeye, if I remember from an old post....?

Looks like Laz playing bass, but who are the others?

:D :D :D

Thanks Greg

Nice Pic! I'm guessing that was Alpha Omega?

My wife's favorite song from that day.

And that helps me set straight the Mike Roberto mix up.

I thought Jeff was Mike and Mike was Jeff.
Where I got Jim from is anybody's guess.

It was indeed Alpha Omega, the tune Syd wrote. Here's the "studio" version:

wow that bites.

Send my best to everyone.

That's me in the blue in the picture and david just behind in the hat.

Yes, that sucks big time. We'll have to do a benefit Jam sometime. I wonder if the Tanglewood singers would participate.

To complete the picture (left to right):

Karen, Nick, David, Tony (Chicago), John/Celt, Pete on bass (Chicago), Keith and Julie, and the guy who goes to Kathy's gigs in Chicago (another Tony? John? sorry :? ).

My best guess is they're playing "Angel from Montgomery" as both Keith and Julie are singing.

On the far right is Mike (from Chicago).
