I know some of you remember when I was playing guitar for the church I was attending about a year ago. Being as I wasn't quite up to speed on my guitar knowledge I was taken in by the main guitarist and helped through parts I wasn't very sure on.

I haven't seen them in almost a year due to my own hectic lifestyle.

I received an email from the pastor on Monday indicating that my friend, Michael DiFuccia had suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on Sunday.

Here's his obit.

Startling how much he looks like Rico.

I will be attending the service after work tonight.

Sorry to hear of the passing of your friend Bish. So young too. I'm sure he will be sadly missed by all his friends & family.

We'll be thinking about you and his family. Let your music be a way to remember and celebrate his life.

My condolences go out to you and his family.

I had a good friend pass last year at about the age as Micheal
Still think of him every day but I always remember his smile.

This kind of stuff is always sad. A woman I had worked with for years died suddenly a few years back. I was cleaning up my Epiphone SG to try to sell it on line when I got the phone call about her passing. I was holding the guitar in my hands when I got the news. I kept the guitar and will never part with it. I can't pick it up without thinking about Maureen. She was my friend and mentor. The best nurse I have ever worked with. (She would curse me for saying that) I feel your pain Bish. Everything happens for a reason, even though it might not be apparent at the time.

My condolences, Bish.
The thread "Geoo's getting married" was just underneath this one, and I thought I was clicking that one, and Nuno's post was what came up.

I thought it seemed odd.
