You mentioned the names and the genders, but what about weight, length, hair or no hair and all that other stuff that enquiring minds want to know?

I didn't know this but, statistically, you had a better chance for the boy/girl fraternal twins . . .

It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.
Congrats to the proud parents!!

How about the chances for boy/girl identical twins, KR?

More than 99.9% of boy-girl twins are fraternal . . . so, I'm assuming they're fraternal.
I'm sure papa will tell us (when or if he has time to post again).

Well, they really can't be identical if they're of opposite genders. That in itself makes them unidentical.

I think that was a little subtle humour that missed the mark.....I thought it was good, anyway, Ric.
Many, many congrats to mum, dad and of course the two new arrivals. You do realise they have 17,367 unofficial god-parents - or should that be guitar-parents?
:D :D :D

About the names....
My wife was looking through one of my several music type books and found a biography on Muddy Waters... she simply fell in love with his original name... I went back and forth until finally agreeing while in the delivery room. After watching what she went through, how could I not let her have the name.
And Charlyze was actually named after one of my favorite people of all time... my Grandpa Charles (Charlie). We were going to use a feminine form of Charles (Charla, etc) for her middle name. Then the third day after they were born, I returned to mama's hospital room after visiting the twins and saw she had scribbled the name "Charlyze Elizabeth Jones" on a piece of paper. As soon as I saw it I knew it was my daughters name. I have been calling her Charly, mostly.
I honestly didn't know anything about the celeb with the similar name (she spells it with an "i" instead of a "y" and is pronounced with a "sh" sound instead of the "ch" sound at the beginning). My wife was familiar with her and she may have had an influence on her spelling of the name, but we really were just looking for a feminine form of Charles.
I hope the links to the pictures work... if not, I will fix it at my next break (yeah right, what are breaks!) :D
