Tom is a great guy, not to mention an excellent guitarist and teacher, and if this year's clinics are as good as last year (and you can get Tom "Noteboat" Serb's take on last year's clinic here: https://www.guitarnoise.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=41285 ), you're bound to learn a lot and also have a good time.
In addition to Tom, Guitar Noise contributor Mike Philippov will be there, as well as Zack Uidl, Nick Layton, Randy Johnson and Paul Kleff.

And be sure to tell Tom "hello" from me!

Something is finally coming to Cincinnati. Yay!
I will definitely try to make it there.
All my life I wanted to be somebody. Now I see I should have been more specific.
Sounds great. I think I will be going to the one in Cincinnati.
Hope to see some other GN members there.
Is there a secret handshake or anything? LOL
Interview guy: What is the source of your feedback?
Neil Young: Volume.
Hopefully those TBA dates will be New York locations closer to me. Otherwise I might have to make a long journey to Vestal or Harrisburg. But I'm always game for some free guitar clinics :D Thanks for the info.
Ok...this may be a dumb question, but I have never been to a guitar clinic.
Do I need to bring my guitar?
Interview guy: What is the source of your feedback?
Neil Young: Volume.
You know, I don't know!
I've sent Tom an email and will let you know what he says.
Peace
At the one I went to a couple years ago a few people brought guitars, but it wasn't done like a masterclass (where attendees perform for critique) - it was just demos from the presenters.

+1 to that!!!
In Space, no one can hear me sing!
If Joe and Chalk are coming, I need to work on that secret GN handshake.

Maybe just flash some devil horns.
I will be the guy in jeans. LOL

Just wanted to publicly thank Tom Hess and the other instructors at his guitar clinic in Cincinnati.
It was very informative and I have already used some of his techniques and ideas to get over some rough spots in some songs that I am working on.
It was nice to meet you as well Tom.
Much thanks!
