We just got back from Florida last night. Still have not hooked my office rig back up yet. I picked up a guitar on different amp late last night and was too tired to play more than a couple minutes.

Is there any chance I could squeeze a small slot into this jam, please? :)

Nice to see you back Rob! :D
I think it would be pretty easy to squeeze you into team #1 since almann is slotted for 2 spots. I have no problem with you joining as long as the other team mebers are ok with it too.

If allman has his done or nearly done, you can have my slot. I'm still settling in from a vacation. We'll see what Allmann says when he sees this.
Also, and this is for anyone, only three of us are on that floud-esque jam. It's quite an interesting piece I've put together. Follows loosely that song, "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" with many parts to be had. Me, Kalle and Joe Hempel are the only ones so far. 1/2 dozen slots open that Kalle or I will gobble up very soon if no-one wants in. I know, it is pretty song specific. Still a good one though.

Cheers guys. :)
I may be up for the Floyd-esque track too actually - Shine on you crazy diamond is one of my favourites. :D I'll pop over there tomorrow morning as I'm about to head out for the evening.

Roy, I've participated in a lot of these online jams, so if almann can't give up one of his slots, I'll give up mine.
I just pm'd almann asking him to respond here so we know how to proceed.

I came up with a great solo piece for this! :D
But it wasn't while I had my guitar nearby. :x
And when I finally sat down to play it ... nothing but flub.

I tried a quite a few takes this afternoon. I'm trying to do something totally un-Pink Floydish. I'm using a different guitar than I plan on using, I'm playing in the first Gm position instead of closer down at the 15th fret and almost no gain. Although a good bit of what I did was passable, I've yet to get one solid good take. It's less than a minute of playing too.
