The panning got messed up before I saved and didn't notice it, so I'll try to repost it tonight. I think it's only the first section that's messed up; sounds like it is panned all the way to one side. Still should be good enough to get started with.
And here are the assignments, arbitrarily in reverse-alpha order; times are approximate:
