Haha, even the contest is trying to say play a real guitar. What are the chances that it will be a 3,400 wall mounted trophy? I think actually being able to play guitar destroys your ability to air guitar... trying to make the real chord shapes without a guitar in hand just seems so strange (not to mention knowing the real chord shapes would make any made up but realistic looking hand gesture hard to come up with... though any non-guitar player could easily have faked it).
