Anyone own a Carvin Acoustic?

I don't own one, but I have a friend who has one. It plays well. I would rate the sound as comparable to a nicer Yamaha, not old Martin "makes me wanna weep it sounds so good" tone, but certainly good enough for casual play or even gigging with. The electronics sound a bit tinny, but his battery could have been a bit old the day I plugged in and played it out, so YMMV. I liked the fretboard feel, though. Very smooth playing.
