Just wondering if anyone here also likes jazz….for me it's definitely the one genre of music that always helps me relax….and just recently I learned about this new artist. His name is Wayman Tisdale. I heard his latest cd the other day while at my internship at universal and I have to say I have never been so impressed by a jazz bassist ever...he is really talented...check him out and let me know what you think....

Oh, so you're another spammer from Universal ... you've made exactly one post on a dozen or so forums, all touting your favorite "jazz" bass player.
Well, Tisdale's a very good bassist. Lefty, used to play in the NBA as I understand (hoops, not bass.)
We can debate whether "smooth jazz" is really "jazz" - I'd say it's more "pop" or even closer to R&B. Doesn't matter much though, as you won't be back.
Prove me wrong.
