Does anybody know anything about this company, there appears to be very little about them on the internet.
Anyways, this is why i'm interested;
I'm now in a position where I need to have a hard case, as I'm playing gigs from time to time, and I need to protect my beloved. Now, The cheapest hardcases I've come across have been about £55, which is a lot of money for me...
By chance, I stumbled across a used Jim Harley strat copy in a local shop (not a guitar shop), with a very good solid case, all for £65. This seems to be a sensible otion, as I would get a hard case, and a guitar for only £10 more than the hard case... (By any standards that seems a good deal :lol: ) My plan is to keep the guitar if it's any good, or sell it afterwards. Its in very good condition, so I might even be able to make a profit... (the going rate for a reasonable strat copy is about £70 and upwards round here) So Anyway, just wandering whether this plan could just be crazy enough to work...
Peter.
Very good plan. I've had a friend who bought the 'Behringer guitar pack' just for the amp and gigbag. He sold the guitar and ended up with a lot more money in his pocket. Go for it. (and IMH keep the guitar, if it is even remotely decent!)
Yeah, it's gonna be hard nt to keep the guitar, I hate to part with instruments... :lol:
I owned a Jim Harley black Les Paul copy. I only paid 79 euros for it, and the bridge pickup wasn't working. One of the volume knobs was loose, but my dad fixed that before I bought it. It was completely awesome. I regret having sold it, and that's even with having made a 26 euro profit. In a last-ditch attempt at remedying that error, I'm thinking of buying an Ibanez Prestige, at ten times the price, which, according to the video I've seen on someone playing it, has an even better tone. Hopefully, the wait will have been worth it...
