Just discovered. Oh....my....wow. Not everybody's taste in music, but definitely worth a listen. No wonder he made it on Rolling Stone's list of top guitarists. Country blues to the extreme.

Back in the 70s I really got into his stuff, and a lot of others in the same vein (Bookbinder, Grossman, Rev. Gary Davis, etc). Great stuff. Now I'm gonna have to go through my vinyl and find him again :)

Great player. He had a Christmas album that I used to trot out during the season. Great stuff. But I haven't listened to it since my (vinyl) stereo bit the dust decades ago.
