In some other vid his dad asks him what got him started. And the kid says "my dad let me listen to some CDs of Stevie Ray Vaughan and I really liked the sound so I asked him if I could have lessons." I'm not gonna lie though, too much of this sounds scripted.
The kid is definitely coached through these videos, but he can play pretty well for a nine-year-old.
