Hey Fellow Instrument People. I just made a trip down to our infamous randy rhoads' grave yesterday. I figured I would take some cool pics of it and throw it up on here. Its only about 25 mins from where I live. Paid My respects, and donated my favorite pick inside the bars of it. There were alot of really old kiss marks, all over his name and everywhere. Flowers, and it was real nice. I even brought my jackson to have it "blessed" by him I guess you could say.
Also sat down and played a few of his riffs quietly, as me and my girlfriend paid our respects. :D It was a good time though. So heres the pics!! (sorry there cellphone pics)

Ewan McGregor: I said, "Eve, I want you to look after my wedding ring while I'm away," and she started to cry and I said, "Eve. Eve, I can't wear my ring or I won't get laid on the trip!"
what's the inscription? I see "...man inspiration for all young people ..."
Cool trip to see R.R.'s grave. Great tribute!
It is a small world for metal fanatics. I welcome you fellow musicians, especially the metalheads!

"I play live as playing dead is harder than it sounds!"
wow, don't know where I saw that "m". But "(Man, wasn't he) an inspiration for young people?" especially growing up in that genre/time of the late 70's and early 80's.

MM,
I hope you left that Jackson behind in case Randy needed another guitar?
"It's all about stickin it to the man!"
It's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll!

Very true.
I spent some time at Jim Morrison's grave site in the Père Lachaise Cemetery in Paris. There are quite a few famous people buried there. They give you a map at the front gate so you can find them all.
Randy Rhoads was indeed an incredible inspiration for all young people, myself included.
I plan to visit his grave site also when I get the chance, to pay my respects.
That's cool man! Randy is a legend!
