Are you referring to the Black Peter by the Grateful Dead or a different song? Just asking in Google listed multiple places to get both lyrcs and chords, but you certainly must have tried that already...

If you are referring to the song by the Grateful Dead, you can find the lyrics at this site:
They have comprehensive tab for every original Dead song and a forum to boot! They also used to have tab for all of the songs they covered (which are a lot!) but they took those down a few years ago when the lawyers from the publishing companies started coning down hard on tab sites.
You can scroll through a frame along the left side to find the song you want. They are listed alphabetically.
