Well having worked in a job that dealt with the public at a large concert venue it always amazed me how stupid people really are and Jafarguitar I don't mean you.
But I have to agree with JW if I got a customer with a bad attitude..well let's just say I wasn't to helpful.
It's easy for all of us to say that you shouldn't have done what you did but we all weren't there so who knows maybe the guy deserved it and maybe they did ruin your guitar...but the better thing would have been to break one of THEIR guitars not yours..OK just kidding.
I'd call them up and tell who ever answers what you did and aske them if the guitars still there if for no other reason than to get your pick up back.
