I don't have a favourite guitar player but from that list I picked Stevie Ray Vaughn, I think he's a genious. The one that might be my favourite though, and this is a bit of a strech, is David Gilmour. However I like different guitarist for different reasons.
Vacate is the word...Vengance has no place on me or her...Cannot find a comfort in this world.
for me it has to be James Hetfield. I am also a fan of Mark Tremonti he's way good in my book.
And all the things you said to me
I need your arms to welcome me

I don't know who my all time favorite guitarist is But Robert Fripp is close to the top. I play mostly blues and rock, but Fripp is kind of a Guitarists guitarist if you know what I mean. 99% of what he plays is way beyond my skill level. --the dog
My favourite player is Arjen: I've never met anyone who's musical taste and overal personality matches mine that much. ;)
